Job summary

Arya Noble is seeking a Supply & Demand Planner Manager (Cikarang) to lead demand forecasting and supply planning in our FMCG-focused group. You will translate demand insights into actionable supply plans, coordinate with marketing, sales, and plant operations, and drive S&OP processes to optimize product availability.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a relevant field, 6–8 years in demand & supply planning, and at least 3 years in a managerial capacity within FMCG.

• 6-8 years in Demand & Supply Planning field.
• 3 years in managerial level.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, market trends, and seasonality to forecast demand accurately.
• Convert demand plans into supply plans, managing daily supplies to minimize waste.
• Review production and storage capacities to handle fluctuating demand.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and plant teams to achieve targets.
• Manage demand review meetings within the S&OP process.
• Oversee phase-in-phase-out (PIPO) to ensure product availability and minimize waste.
• Develop and review team performance through coaching and mentoring.
• Foster a collaborative and synergistic corporate culture.

About you
