Job summary

Arya Noble is seeking a Supply & Demand Planner Manager (Cikarang) to lead demand forecasting and supply planning in our FMCG-focused group. You will translate demand insights into actionable supply plans, coordinate with marketing, sales, and plant operations, and drive S&OP processes to optimize product availability.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a relevant field, 6–8 years in demand & supply planning, and at least 3 years in a managerial capacity within FMCG.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Statistics.
6-8 years in Demand & Supply Planning field.
3 years in managerial level.

Responsibilities

Analyze sales, market trends, and seasonality to forecast demand accurately.
Convert demand plans into supply plans, managing daily supplies to minimize waste.
Review production and storage capacities to handle fluctuating demand.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and plant teams to achieve targets.
Manage demand review meetings within the S&OP process.
Oversee phase-in-phase-out (PIPO) to ensure product availability and minimize waste.
Develop and review team performance through coaching and mentoring.
Foster a collaborative and synergistic corporate culture.
