The role requires 1–2 years in procurement, knowledge of supplier relationship management, contract management, supply chain, and proficiency with procurement software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Management, or Governance of Commerce.
• 1–2 years of procurement experience.
• Strong knowledge of supplier relationship management, contract management, supply chain, and procurement software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyse supply needs based on purchasing requests to source the right goods or services.
• Negotiate with suppliers for optimal pricing, quantities, and contracts to ensure competitive prices and value.
• Process procurement by creating purchase orders and monitoring delivery times to meet service level agreements.
• Foster positive relationships and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational and business goals.
• Review and evaluate purchasing processes and vendor/contract performance to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with administrative requirements for purchasing operations to achieve operational excellence.
