Job summary

PT Mowilex Indonesia is seeking a Logistics & Transportation Procurement Officer to manage transportation and logistics procurement aligned with operational needs. You will lead vendor selection, evaluation, and negotiation to ensure competitive pricing and service quality across the supply chain.

The role requires coordinating with Warehouse, Distribution, and Finance teams, creating and monitoring POs and service contracts, and ensuring compliance with policies and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in transportation/logistics procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of logistics procurement processes, ERP systems, freight management, and transportation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage transportation and logistics procurement based on operational requirements.
• Conduct vendor selection, evaluation, and negotiation to ensure competitive pricing and service quality.
• Prepare RFQs, price comparisons, and negotiate pricing, SLA, and contract terms.
• Create and monitor Purchase Orders and transportation service contracts.
• Monitor vendor performance based on delivery accuracy, service quality, cost efficiency, complaints, and safety.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Distribution, Supply Chain Planning, and Finance to support smooth logistics operations and vendor payments.
• Ensure procurement and transportation documentation complies with company policies, ERP systems, and audit requirements.
• Prepare regular procurement and vendor performance reports for management.
