Job summary

PT Agusta Triasa is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution of goods. The role requires leadership to manage cross-functional teams and optimize procurement costs while ensuring timely delivery.

The candidate should have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, or related fields, with 3–5 years in supply chain roles and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education in Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or warehousing, with team leadership experience being an added value.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the procurement process from planning needs through to goods receipt.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Oversee stock availability, inventory data accuracy, and goods control in the warehouse.
• Ensure storage, shipping, and distribution processes run on time.
• Conduct evaluation of procurement, storage, and distribution costs to improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze stock needs based on sales data, demand trends, and business planning.
• Lead and coordinate the purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams.
• Prepare reports and evaluate supply chain performance periodically.

Key responsibilities

Manage and oversee the procurement process from planning needs through to goods receipt
