PT Adecco Personnel Indonesia is recruiting an experienced Supply Chain Manager for an automotive and industrial products business in East Jakarta. You will lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, international logistics, warehousing, and supplier management to drive growth.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in supply chain, at least 3 in management, proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel, strong leadership, and English fluency, with willingness to travel

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
7–10 years in supply chain experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Industry experience in automotive aftermarket, paints & coatings, chemicals, or related manufacturing sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead demand planning, forecasting, and S&OP processes to optimize inventory and availability.
Oversee international procurement, sourcing, supplier negotiations, and vendor performance.
Drive localization, supplier development, and cost optimization initiatives.
Supervise warehousing, distribution, import operations, customs clearance, and 3PL performance.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian import regulations and procurement standards.
Monitor KPIs, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Supply Chain Manager (Automotive & Industrial Products)

Adecco is partnering with a leading multinational organization to hire an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for a growing automotive and industrial products business in Indonesia. (Location: East Jakarta)

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for demand planning, procurement, international logistics, warehouse operations, supplier management, and supply chain optimization initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting ambitious business growth plans over the coming years.

What will you do:

Lead demand planning, forecasting, and monthly S&OP processes to optimize inventory and supply availability.
Manage international procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and vendor performance.
Drive product localization, supplier development, and cost optimization initiatives.
Oversee warehousing, distribution, import operations, customs clearance, and 3PL performance.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian import regulations and procurement standards.
Monitor supply chain KPIs, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement.

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
7–10 years of supply chain experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Industry experience in automotive aftermarket, paints & coatings, specialty chemicals, industrial manufacturing, building materials, rubber, or plastics is preferred.
Strong expertise in demand planning, S&OP, strategic sourcing, international logistics, and warehouse operations.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred), advanced Excel, and Indonesian import regulations.
Strong analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English and willing to travel domestically and occasionally overseas.
APICS CPIM/CSCP certification or postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
