Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Support product costing, pricing, and BOM analysis, including material master, standard cost, transfer pricing, and repricing variance tracking.
Prepare and monitor monthly inventory reports, forecasting, inventory turns (DIO), and inventory movements.
Prepare and consolidate weekly/monthly manufacturing variance reports, including Work Order Variance, PPV, cost reduction, scrap, and freight cost analysis.
Review revenue and margins by product category and analyze actual vs. plan, forecast, and YoY performance.
Support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational performance analysis across business units.
Analyze key business drivers and provide data-driven insights to support management decisions and strategies.
Coordinate the annual operating expense budgeting process, including budget templates, consolidation, and management presentations.
Support business reviews, capital expenditure (CAPEX), and investment budgeting on project and annual bases.
Perform other duties and analysis as assigned by management.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis, preferably in life sciences or manufacturing.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong financial modelling and data analysis skills.
Strong analytical, commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
