Job summary

Lemonilo is seeking a Supply Chain Finance professional in Indonesia to lead financial planning and performance analysis for our fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting, driving efficiency and financial visibility across factories.

You will partner with operations and planning teams to align volumes with financial targets, monitor inventory metrics, and quantify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations finance.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Proficient in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Excel financial modeling expertise.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate financials to operations.
• Willing to be placed in Cikande, Banten.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for supply chain, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Oversee product costing, BOM audits, and overhead absorption.
• Monitor inventory health and SLOB provisions.
• Collaborate with S&OP to align volumes with financial impact.
• Track savings from cost improvement initiatives.
