Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a senior Head of FP&A for its Indonesian operations. The role will govern budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data consolidation across manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial channels, delivering insights to senior management.

The candidate must be a hands-on finance leader with strong modeling skills, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and excellent English communication capabilities to support regional and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or management reporting experience.
• Strong FMCG/consumer business exposure and senior hands-on FP&A background.
• Proven ability to build financial models, planning frameworks, and consolidation processes.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and leadership of FP&A teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual operating plan (AOP), budgeting, long-term planning, and rolling forecasts across units.
• Develop and maintain financial models for planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Consolidate data across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and commercial channels into management reports.
• Prepare MD&A, dashboards, and executive reports for senior leadership.
• Drive cost-control initiatives and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
