Job summary

LOF International Dairy Product JSC in Indonesia seeks an experienced FP&A professional to coordinate AOP budgeting, manage P&L reporting by channel/region/product, and ensure accurate financial information. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business partnering while applying PSAK/IFRS and tax compliance in daily accounting activities.

Role requires 5–8 years in Management Accounting/FP&A within FMCG or multinational environments; proficient in Power BI and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Management Accounting/FP&A or Auditing.
• Knowledge of PSAK/IFRS and FMCG P&L structure.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Ability to apply AI, Power BI and ERP in data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Budget and forecast preparation for PSI P&L by channel/region/product category.
• Review budget figures and consolidate for Senior MA Manager.
• Update forecasts based on actual results and plans.
• Review budget availability and monitor Budget vs Actual.
• Prepare periodic management P&L reports and detailed variance analyses.
• Partner with business teams and present recommendations.
• Handle AP, tax and financial reporting per Indonesian standards.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance.
