Job summary

PT Dynatech International in Indonesia seeks a Supply Chain & ERP Implementation Specialist to manage and optimize Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, and Logistics, and to lead migration to Odoo ERP.

You will perform data mapping, cleansing, validation, and migration, coordinate with IT and Odoo vendors, run UAT, and support Go-Live, while developing SOPs and training for users.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years experience in Supply Chain (Purchasing/Inventory/Warehouse/Logistics).
• Mandatory experience in Odoo ERP implementation/migration from manual/legacy systems.
• Strong data migration, cleansing, mapping, UAT and Go-Live knowledge.

Supply Chain & ERP Implementation Specialist

Manage and optimize Supply Chain processes, including Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, and Logistics.

Lead the migration and implementation of Supply Chain processes from manual/legacy systems to Odoo ERP.

Perform data mapping, cleansing, validation, and migration, ensuring data accuracy and integrity in Odoo.

Coordinate with IT, Odoo vendors, and internal users for system configuration, UAT, troubleshooting, and Go-Live activities.

Develop and improve SOPs and workflows, as well as provide training and ongoing support to users.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, particularly in Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, or Logistics.

Mandatory experience in Odoo ERP implementation/migration, especially from manual or legacy systems to Odoo.

Strong understanding of data migration, data cleansing, data mapping, UAT, and Go-Live processes.

Good understanding of Supply Chain processes and Odoo modules, particularly Purchase, Inventory, Warehouse, and Sales.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, Excel, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills; experience in the distribution industry is a plus.
