Job summary

PT Arta Plastika Mandiri seeks an Odoo-focused ERP specialist to implement and customize modules across manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, sales, and accounting. You will translate business needs into technical specs, develop custom solutions when required, and train end users in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

You will work to ensure smooth go-live, post-implementation support, and alignment with upgrade paths while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience implementing or customizing Odoo (Community or Enterprise), ideally 2+ years.
• Proficiency in Python, XML, PostgreSQL, and Odoo's ORM/framework architecture.
• Understanding of core ERP business processes: manufacturing (MRP), inventory, procurement, sales, and accounting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical documentation and end-user training, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Odoo default (out-of-the-box) modules and features to meet business requirements, mapping processes to standard workflows.
• Design, build, and test custom Odoo modules, workflows, views, and reports when default functionality falls short.
• Prepare user guides, SOPs, and training materials and deliver hands-on training to end users across departments.
• Provide post-go-live support during stabilization and ensure system upgrades remain maintainable.

Responsibilities:

Standard Functionality Implementation

Configure and deploy Odoo default (out-of-the-box) modules and features —

including but not limited to Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, and

Accounting — to meet Ligo Group's business requirements wherever native

functionality already covers the need. Map business processes to standard Odoo

workflows, minimizing unnecessary customization and keeping the system upgrade-

friendly and maintainable.

Custom Development

Where default Odoo Enterprise functionality does not meet a documented business

requirement, design, build, and test custom modules, workflows, views, reports, and

integrations to close the gap. This includes writing clean, maintainable Python/XML

code consistent with Odoo development standards, and ensuring customizations do

not conflict with future Odoo upgrades.

Training & Documentation

Develop user guides, SOPs, and training materials for each implemented module,

and deliver hands‑on training sessions to end users, key users, and super users

across relevant departments (manufacturing, warehouse, procurement, sales,

finance). Ensure users are confident and self‑sufficient in day‑to‑day system use,

and provide post-go‑live support during the stabilization period.
