PT CereStar Indonesia Tbk is seeking an ERP-focused professional to map end-to-end processes across group companies in Indonesia and to lead Odoo-based initiatives.
You will own requirements, drive configuration, testing, data migration, and user adoption, collaborating with business teams and an implementation vendor to achieve standardized, efficient operations.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
3-5+ years in ERP implementation, ERP consulting, business process improvement or ERP administration.
Practical Odoo experience is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of sales, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing/MRP, logistics and finance processes.
Strong analytical, documentation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Study and document end-to-end processes across all group companies and locations.
Map current processes and design practical future-state workflows.
Identify gaps, duplication, manual work and opportunities for automation.
Understand legitimate differences between manufacturing, terminal, warehouse, trading and branch operations.
Act as the bridge between the business and the implementation vendor.
Own functional requirements, workflows, testing and UAT for Odoo.
Work with the vendor on configuration, data migration, integrations, go-live and stabilization.
Use standard Odoo functionality wherever practical and minimize unnecessary customization.
Maintain functional documentation, process maps, system rules and change history.
Collect requests from users and determine whether each is a true requirement, process issue, training issue, reporting need or customization request.
Challenge requests that create unnecessary complexity or inconsistent processes.
Prioritize enhancements with management and maintain a structured backlog.
Prevent conflicting or one-off requirements across companies and branches.
Define common master-data structures, approval flows, operating procedures and controls where appropriate.
Identify which processes should be standardized and which differences are genuinely business-driven.
Continuously review ERP usage and improve workflows, automation, dashboards and reporting.
Support the rollout of new branches, businesses and processes without creating unnecessary complexity.
Develop SOPs, training materials, quick guides and user documentation.
Train users, key users and new joiners across departments and locations.
Provide functional support and analyze recurring errors to identify root causes.
Promote consistent system usage and good data discipline.
