Supply Chain and Procurement Management Staff (Mandarin Speaker)

Develop and manage qualified suppliers and subcontractors, and oversee the full procurement process in two of the following areas, based on the candidate's experience and the company's needs: labor subcontracting, specialized subcontracting, logistics, materials, or machinery and equipment.

Key responsibilities

Develop and manage qualified suppliers and subcontractors, and oversee the full procurement process in two of the following areas, based on the candidate's experience and the company's needs: labor subcontracting, specialized subcontracting, logistics, materials, or machinery and equipment

Conduct project cost estimation and analysis, and support ongoing project quotation requests and cost calculations

Assist in negotiations and dispute resolution with suppliers and subcontractors, clarify contractual terms and conditions, and ensure compliance with the company's internal procedures and policies

About you

Good command of Mandarin Chinese

Minimum 1 years of experience in supply chain management or procurement within the engineering or construction industry

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant office software

Ability to perform construction cost estimation and cost analysis

Strong communication and learning abilities, with a high sense of responsibility

Willingness to adapt to the fast-paced working environment of the construction industry
