Job summary

PT Trust Recruit Indonesia is seeking a seasoned SCM leader to drive end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory, warehousing and logistics. You will lead the SCM team and coordinate with overseas suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.

You will monitor KPIs, costs and efficiency, and implement continuous improvements across inventory planning and replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels and service levels for key customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6+ years in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or Inventory Management.
• Experience leading a team and working with overseas suppliers.
• Strong English communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.

• Lead end-to-end supply chain activities covering procurement, inventory, warehouse and logistics.

Job description

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related field.

6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or Inventory Management, with team leadership experience.

Experience in industrial/manufacturing, Oil & Gas, piping, valves, fittings or similar B2B industries is preferred.

Strong experience in inventory planning, procurement and warehouse/logistics management.

Good English communication skills and experience dealing with overseas suppliers.

Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
