Job summary

Yusen Logistics Interlink Indonesia is seeking a Supervisor for System Integration & Implementation to translate customer requirements into scalable IT solutions. You will lead WMS integrations, API development, and data mapping across ERP, SAP, and in-house systems.

The role requires 3–5 years in system integration/implementation, strong API and backend skills, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams and locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years in System Integration or related roles.
• Strong REST API / Web API, SQL and data mapping capabilities.
• Experience with backend development languages and API tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and translate into technical integration designs.
• Perform WMS system implementation, configuration, testing, deployment and support.
• Design and implement system integrations between WMS and ERP/SAP/TMS and other systems.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs for system-to-system communication.
• Data mapping, transformation, and data synchronization across systems.
• Implement integration mechanisms like Webhooks and API orchestration.
• Develop backend services and API integrations with databases and in-house systems.
• Conduct SIT, UAT, API testing and debugging of integration issues.
• Prepare API docs, integration flow, and data mapping documents.
• Collaborate with customer IT teams and internal product/backend/infrastructure teams.
• Identify manual processes and propose automation via integrations.

Supervisor - System Integration & Implementation (IT & Solutions Design)

• Understand customer requirements and business processes, then translate them into practical technical and integration solutions.
• Perform WMS system implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Design and implement system integrations between WMS and customer systems such as ERP, SAP, WMS, TMS, in-house applications, and third-party platforms.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs / Web APIs for system-to-system communication.
• Perform data mapping, data transformation, and data synchronization between different systems.
• Implement integration mechanisms such as Webhooks, API orchestration, and real-time or scheduled data exchange.
• Develop backend services and integrate APIs with databases and internal systems.
• Perform SIT, UAT, API testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of integration issues.
• Prepare and maintain API documentation, integration flow, technical specifications, and data mapping documents.
• Work closely with customer IT teams and internal Product, Backend, Infrastructure, Warehouse, and Transportation teams.
• Identify manual processes and propose automation and system integration solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Informatics, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in System Integration, System Implementation, Technical
• Consulting, Backend Development, API Development, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of REST API / Web API, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON, and XML.
• Good knowledge of SQL and Database Management.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and/or Swagger.
• Understanding of API Authentication, Data Mapping, Data Transformation, Webhooks, and Error Handling.
• Experience with backend programming using C#/.NET, Java, Node.js, Python, Golang or similar backend technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with customers and crossfunctional technical teams.
• Willingness to be assigned to different locations based on project requirements and customer needs.

Adding Requirements :

• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS), SAP, ERP, or other enterprise system integration.
• Experience with Logistics, Warehouse, Transportation, Supply Chain, Fleet Management, or 3PL systems.
• Experience with Webhooks, API orchestration, Message Queues, or event-driven architecture.
• Experience with Kafka, Microservices, or similar integration technologies.
• Experience with Docker, Git, CI/CD, Linux, or Cloud platforms.
• Experience integrating GPS, Fleet Tracking, Telematics, or real-time transportation systems.
• Experience working directly with customer IT / technical teams during implementation and integration projects.
• Experience with API documentation and tools such as Swagger / OpenAPI.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
