Job summary

PT. SINARMAS DISTRIBUSI NUSANTARA is seeking an IT Solutions / Business Analyst to gather requirements, design end-to-end IT solutions, and oversee deployment. You will translate business needs into functional specs, collaborate with development teams, and ensure ERP integration and data accuracy.

Strong communication with stakeholders is essential for success. The role requires a Bachelor's in IT/CS/IS, 2–3 years of experience, and proficiency in SQL, ERP systems, and UAT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT solution, business analysis, system analysis, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of business processes and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements and solutions.
• Experience preparing and maintaining project documentation.
• Experience with development/technical teams during delivery.
• Good understanding of ERP systems and integration.
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases for data analysis.
• Good understanding of system integration and data flow.
• Experience in functional testing and UAT.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work with business users, IT teams, customers, and external partners.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.

Job description

Requirement :

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT Solution, Business Analysis, System Analysis, Functional Consulting, or similar roles.

Strong understanding of business processes and system requirements.

Ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements and solutions.

Experienced in preparing and maintaining project documentation.

Experience working with Development/Technical teams throughout the solution delivery process.

Good understanding of ERP systems and business process integration.

Good understanding of SQL and relational databases for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.

Good understanding of system integration and data flow.

Experience in functional testing and UAT.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Able to work effectively with business users, IT teams, customers, and external partners/principals.

Able to manage multiple projects and work in a cross-functional environment.

Good command of English, both written and verbal
