Job summary

PT. Keshun Konstruksi Indonesia is seeking a Project Supervisor for waterproofing on diverse construction projects across Indonesia. You will lead field teams, plan schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor in Civil Engineering, 3+ years in supervision roles, and experience with waterproofing systems. Travel to project sites across Indonesia is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or S1 in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years as Project Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or Foreman.
• Experience with waterproofing subcontractors or specialist contractors preferred.
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems, construction methods, and field work execution.
• Ability to read construction drawings and understand project specifications.
• Willing to travel and be stationed at project locations across Indonesia.

• Coordinate with Project Manager, client, consultant, and stakeholders to resolve field issues.
• Ensure efficient use of materials and report shortages or needs.
• Apply company quality standards and occupational safety procedures.
• Resolve field technical issues and provide practical solutions.
• Support project handover ensuring quality and client requirements.

Coordinate with Project Manager, client, consultant, and other stakeholders to resolve field issues

Ensure efficient use of materials and report shortages or additional material needs

Apply company quality standards and occupational safety procedures

Resolve technical issues in the field and provide practical solutions during project execution

Support project handover by ensuring work results meet quality standards and client requirements

About you

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor (S1) degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred

Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or Foreman on construction projects

Experience working for waterproofing subcontractors or specialist contractors highly preferred

Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems, construction methods, and field work execution

Proven ability to lead and manage field workers or subcontractor teams

Ability to prepare work schedules, workforce planning, and daily/weekly progress reports

Ability to read construction drawings and understand project specifications

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Willing to travel on official business and be stationed at project locations throughout Indonesia

Valid driving license (SIM A or SIM C) is an added advantage
