Job summary

PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk. is seeking a Project Supervisor to oversee retail construction projects in West Jakarta. You will supervise the direction of projects, ensure specifications are met, and liaise with clients and surveyors to monitor costs.

The role requires at least 3 years of project supervision experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This contract-based position is based at the West Jakarta office.

Qualifications

• Preferably studied civil engineering, architecture, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Supervisor.
• Retail industry experience or contractors with Retail project exposure.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work 100% at West Jakarta office.
• Contract based position.

Job description

• Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the management specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs
• Liaising with the client, other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public
• Coordinating and supervising construction workers
• Selecting tools and materials
• Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
• Maintaining quality control procedures
• Finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up
• Assessing and minimizing risk
• Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork
• Supporting in negotiating contracts and securing permits and licenses.

Requirements

• Preferably talents who studied civil engineering, architecture, or related fields.
• Have minimum 3 years working experience as Project Supervisor
• Strong experience from Retail industry or contractors experience with Retail project exposure
• Strong leadership and team work skill
• Fast pace and agile personalities
• Good communication skill and able to work under pressure.
