Job summary

ALTARIZE is seeking a Project Supervisor with a Civil Engineering background to lead and coordinate construction projects across Bali. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and site operations, ensuring safety and quality while delivering on time and within budget.

The role requires 1 year of supervision experience, strong English skills, and the ability to manage multiple sites. Travel across Bali and a valid driving license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project supervision, construction management, or site engineering.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, structural works, finishing works, and site management.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software (Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, project scheduling, and contract administration.
• Willing to travel and supervise multiple project sites across Bali.
• Possession of a valid driving licence (SIM A or SIM C) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate daily site operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to maintain smooth project execution.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, work plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, safety regulations, company standards, and local building requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction quality, workmanship, and project progress.
• Identify project risks and implement effective solutions to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Review drawings, technical documents, and construction methods to ensure accurate implementation.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management and clients.
• Facilitate effective communication between management, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Support procurement planning and material coordination to ensure timely project delivery.
• Promote continuous improvement in project management processes, productivity, and site efficiency.
