Powering precise site execution, structural integrity, and project delivery, they are building out an elite engineering footprint across key regional paradise destinations.
We are seeking a highly proactive, hands‑on, and results‑oriented Project Engineer (Real Estate / Villa Development) to manage day‑to‑day technical and construction activities on‑site. Based permanently on‑site in Lombok, this role serves as the central bridge between the Project Manager and the construction site. Your goal is to coordinate supervisors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure all villa construction activities are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in strict accordance with approved designs.
Technical Coordination: Collaborate with architects, drafters, and engineering consultants to clarify drawings, interpret specifications, and ensure all technical solutions are buildable and correctly detailed.
Site Execution & Management: Lead daily on‑site construction operations, coordinating site supervisors, trade subcontractors, and workforce to ensure build quality matches approved drawings.
PM & Site Interface: Act as the primary communication link between the Project Manager and field operations—translating directives into actionable instructions and reporting site progress, risks, or deviations.
Schedule Implementation: Monitor overall project schedules, track field milestones, adjust activity sequencing when required, and propose proactive mitigation measures for potential delays.
Cost & Resource Control: Support the PM in cost tracking, monitoring material usage, evaluating site productivity, and ensuring efficient allocation of equipment and workforce resources.
Quality & Safety Assurance: Conduct field inspections and coordinate testing activities to enforce build standards, resolve technical site issues, and ensure strict adherence to safety codes.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
Site Engineering Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in construction site supervision, structural coordination, or project engineering.
Urban Planning Exposure: Direct or practical experience in urban planning, site development, or infrastructure integration.
Technical Execution: Strong understanding of construction methods, technical drawing interpretation, structural details, and site execution workflows.
Team Coordination: Proven track record coordinating subcontractors, site supervisors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and related engineering software suites.
Communication & Resilience: Strong problem‑solving abilities, organizational skills, and good English communication (written and spoken). Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Presence & Mobility: Currently based in Lombok or fully open to relocating to a permanent, on‑site position in Lombok, Indonesia.
