Job summary

Coco Development Group in Bali is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of residential and commercial projects. You will develop detailed plans, manage budgets, schedules, and risks to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes while upholding quality standards.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, mentor the team, ensure health and safety compliance, and report progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in residential or commercial construction.
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Certification (SKA) in Civil Engineering or related field is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and industry best practices.
• Excellent project management and problem solving skills with strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

About the role

Coco Development Group is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Bali. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

What you\'ll be doing

Developing and implementing detailed project plans, schedules and budgets

Coordinating and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and design to procurement and execution

Monitoring progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and providing regular updates to stakeholders

Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards

Collaborating with architects, engineers, subcontractors and other team members to resolve issues and deliver successful outcomes

Providing leadership, mentoring and support to the construction team

What we\'re looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in the residential or commercial construction industry

Bachelor\'s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or a related field

Professional Certification (SKA) in Civil Engineering or a related field will be an advantage

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices

Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing circumstances

Proficiency in project planning software such as MS Project, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Primavera, or similar tools

Understanding of Occupational Health & Safety (K3)

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams

Familiarity with local building regulations and codes in Bali

Fluency in English, both written and verbal
