Job summary

PT Assawala Persada Indonesia is seeking an experienced Site Manager to coordinate all on-site activities, lead the site team, foremen, subcontractors, and workers, and ensure work is executed per drawings, specs, and the project schedule. You will monitor progress, manage safety and quality, prepare field reports, and coordinate with the Project Manager, Architect, QS, and procurement.

A Civil Engineering degree and 5+ years in construction are required, with experience on Rp5-10 Billion

• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and project documents.
• At least 5 years in construction, preferably as Site Manager or similar.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Oversee and coordinate all work activities on site

Lead and direct site team, foremen, subcontractors, and workers

Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, work methods, and project schedule

Coordinate structural, architectural, and MEP work

Monitor work progress and ensure project targets are achieved

Identify field constraints and take appropriate corrective actions

Coordinate with Project Manager, Architect, Procurement, and relevant parties

Ensure effective and appropriate use of materials and labour according to project needs

Monitor work quality and ensure work meets established standards

Prepare progress reports and field condition reports on a regular basis

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or a related field is required

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, preferably in a Site Manager or similar position

Proven experience leading and coordinating site teams, foremen, subcontractors, and workers

Experience handling construction projects with a minimum value of Rp5-10 Billion

Strong knowledge of structural, architectural, and MEP works

Able to read, understand, and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents

Able to develop, monitor, and update project schedules and work progress

Strong understanding of construction methods, quality control, and site execution

Able to identify site issues, manage risks, and take appropriate corrective actions

Understanding of material planning, manpower requirements, and basic cost control

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Able to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports

Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with Project Manager, Architect, QS, Procurement, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders

Understanding of site safety procedures and construction safety standards

Willing to be placed in Lombok and follow project requirements
