Job summary

PT. United Family Food is a confectionery company seeking a Product Development Supervisor to drive product development, ensure quality, and scale production processes. You will lead trials, shelf-life testing, and drive innovation across new and existing products.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Food Technology, 3+ years in a similar role, experience with confectionery/ready meals is a plus, and ability to work in both office and factory environments with good English communication.

Qualifications

• Gelar S1 Teknologi Pangan diutamakan.
• Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman di posisi serupa.
• Pengalaman di permen/konveksioneri atau produk siap-saji menjadi nilai tambah.
• Penguasaan Halal Assurance System, Quality Management System & Food Safety.
• Kemampuan analisis data dan interpretasinya.
• Pengalaman laboratorium yang hands-on.
• Siap bekerja di kantor dan pabrik.
• Mampu berbahasa Inggris tingkat menengah.

Responsibilities

• Menguji coba pengembangan produk secara terencana.
• Melakukan shelf-life testing dan evaluasi produk.
• Memimpin pengembangan dan optimasi proses produksi.
• Mendorong inovasi produk baru maupun existing.
• Mengembangkan dan meningkatkan skala produksi.
• Menjalankan proyek secara tepat waktu dan efektif.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct product development trials.
• Perform shelf-life testing and product evaluation.
• Lead the development and optimization of production processes.
• Drive innovation in both new and existing products.
• Develop and scale up production processes.
• Execute and complete projects in a timely and effective manner.

Kualifikasi

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Previous experience handling confectionery or ready-to-meal products is a strong plus.
• Strong knowledge and experience in the following areas: Halal Assurance System, Quality ManagementSystem & Food Safety, Improvement Management, Line Qualification & Process Development, Data analysisand interpretation.
• Hands‑on experience working in a laboratory environment.
• Willing to work both in office and factory.
• Proficient in English (minimum intermediate level).
• A strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
