Job summary

PT. United Family Food (Unifam) is seeking a Head of Area to lead and execute sales strategy across Kediri and surrounding zones.

The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, forecasting, and delivering pipeline results in a competitive FMCG environment. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, has at least 2 years in General Trade sales leadership, and demonstrates a proven track record with strong communication and data skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in General Trade as Head of Area or Sales Supervisor in FMCG.
• Proven sales track record.
• Excellent in communication, negotiation, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor and improve company’s sales strategy in the area.
• Maintain effective relationships by visiting customers.
• Provide routine company sales reporting (Forecast, Sales Pipeline, Results of Sales).
• Achieve sales targets as set by the company.

• Achieve Sales Target that has been agreed on and given by the company

Requirements
