Job summary

Leighton Indonesia is seeking a Procurement Supervisor for a Data Center project. You will coordinate the preparation of civil planning requirements, design, and scheduling to support the new contract engagement and ensure civil works are built according to design, specification, and timelines.

The role involves developing project programs post-award, supporting the project team, tracking KPIs, and maintaining safety and QA/QC standards on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma in civil/structural engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years in civil/construction.
• Extensive on-site planning experience for civil projects.
• Understanding of construction methodology for building and civil infrastructure.
• Experience with civil contractor environments preferred.
• Basic MS Word and Excel skills.
• Strong quantitative and numeric abilities.
• Intermediate in Civil/Construction cost planning, estimating and analysis.
• Knowledge of QA/QC systems.
• Proficiency in Civil/Construction software/hardware.
• Awareness of industry best practices.
• Basic knowledge of OHS & E.
• Willing to be placed on site and follow company rules.

Responsibilities

Job description

Currently, Leighton Indonesia is looking for Procurement Supervisor for Data Center project.
This role is to coordinate the preparation of civil planning requirement, design and scheduling activities with the prime objective of supporting the new contract engagement and ensuring that the civil projects are built as per design and specification, project timelines and budgets.

Key Accountabilities:

• To produce detailed planning of works to be carried out to support a submission to a client on a tender in order to ensure works are carried out in a timely manner and in line with client requirements.
• To develop project program after award of contract and provide support to the Project team in order to ensure accurate program and reporting of works.
• To assist in providing KPI and tracking information required for periodic (weekly, biweekly and monthly) reports in order to monitor and report any variances from planned productivities and targets to ensure ongoing compliance with Project Programs.
• To develop accurate as‑built plans and undertake the relevant analysis in order to substantiate extension of time claims if deemed necessary.
• To enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures in order to ensure the excellent safety record and encourage employee participation in health and safety matters in order to comply with statutory requirements and HSE expectation.
• To perform knowledge sharing in order to enhance the professional development within the organization

Requirements:

• Diploma in civil / structural engineering, or related disciplines
• 5++ years experience in civil/construction
• Have extensive on-site experience performing general planning role on construction, road or civil projects.
• In depth understanding of construction methodology covering building and civil infrastructure.
• Have working experience in civil contractor is preferred
• Basic skills on MS-Word and Excel
• Strong quantitative and numeric skills
• Intermediate skills on Civil/Construction cost planning, cost estimating and analysis
• Able to perform QA/QC system
• Intermediate knowledge of Civil/Construction software/hardware skills
