Job summary

PT. PCU Indonesia is seeking a qualified professional for field operations in pest control and fumigation. The candidate will conduct client surveys, prepare quotations, and oversee efficient field execution with attention to safety and compliance.

Must hold a Diploma in Environmental Health or related fields, possess Ministry of Health accreditation, and have training in fumigation from the Ministry of Agriculture. Strong English and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Environmental Health or an equivalent field.
• Certificate: PERSONNEL IN CHARGE from the Ministry of Health.
• Experience in pest control and fumigation.
• Fumigation training certificate from the Ministry of Agriculture (Methyl Bromide, Sulfur, and Phosphine).
• Proficient in English; good communication and high responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys to prospective clients with marketing.
• Create a price breakdown for quotations.
• Ensure efficient use of equipment, chemicals and human resources.
• Monitor and evaluate operations.
• Conduct internal training.
• Coordinate with admin staff regarding field team scheduling and other operational matters.
• Maintain and develop client relationships.
• Ensure field work complies with procedures and safety.
• Comply with PT PCU Indonesia code of conduct, procedures and regulations.
• Execute and report Occupational Health and Safety System activities and risk prevention.

Job description

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Environmental Health/ Entomolog Studies/Administration/Management, Others or equivalent.

Have a certificate of "PERSONNEL IN CHARGE" from the Ministry of Health.

Preferably having experience and understand Pest Control and fumigation thoroughly.

Having fumigation training certificate from the Ministry of Agriculture "Methyl Bromide, Sulfur and also Phosphine".

Able to monitor operations both in terms of practice and operational efficiency.

Good command of English (oral and written).

Have a good communication skill.

Have a high responsibility

Key Responsibilities:
