Job summary

PT Pestindo Central Optima, a leading pest management company in Indonesia, is seeking a Field Technical Executive (Pest Control) to maintain service quality and client satisfaction. The role includes planning, quality reviews, reporting, and training delivery across assigned client portfolios.

You will design annual work programs, conduct audits and monthly/quarterly/annual meetings, and support Account Executives in premium surveys.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Biology or Environmental Health.
• Minimum 1 year experience in pest control, services, or technical field work.
• Service-oriented mindset and comfortable with challenges.
• Understanding of pest control business.
• Fast learner with strong leadership.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, systematic, and target-driven.
• Able to work independently and in teams.
• Capable of producing neat and professional technical reports.

Responsibilities

Field Technical Executive (FTE) is a technical frontline role responsible for maintaining service quality and ensuring premium customer satisfaction. The role involves planning, quality review, coordination, technical support, and training delivery across assigned client portfolios.

Key responsibilities

Design annual work programs according to client allocation

Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, annual reports and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) to each customer according to benefit package

Conduct quality reviews at each customer location

Provide recommendations and improvement information related to service quality to customers

Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings with customers

Accompany Account Executive in premium prospect surveys
