Job summary

PT Pestindo Central Optima (PCO) is a pest control services company. The SPV Technician position is based in Karawaci, Tangerang, and focuses on leading and developing a team of Pest Control technicians to uphold company SOPs and quality standards.

The role involves inspections, planning fieldwork, reporting to management, and maintaining service quality to ensure high customer satisfaction. Strong leadership and communication are essential, along with problem-solving skills and at least 2 years

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Pest Control field.
• Technical Responsibility Certificate (PJT) / Certificate from the Health Department is an added value
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and develop the performance of the Pest Control technician team
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with SOP and company quality standards
• Conduct inspections, monitoring, evaluation, and planning of field work
• Prepare routine operational reports to management and clients
• Coordinate with the operational team to ensure all services run effectively and on time
