Job summary

Rentokil Initial Group in Batam is seeking a service supervisor to oversee and guide our service technicians within the pest control business. You will supervise operations, coordinate customer sites, and ensure service quality aligns with company standards.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Entomology or related fields, at least 1 year of experience, a valid driving license, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Entomology, Environmental Health, Biology, Agrotechnology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Able to move around and hold a driving license.
• Good communication and decision-making abilities.
