Job summary

Arun Thai Jakarta is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Operations Lead to oversee kitchen and floor teams in a Chinese Thai cuisine setting. You will manage scheduling, inventory, and service quality to deliver excellent guest experiences.

The role requires leadership, strong communication with customers and staff, and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain SOPs. You will coordinate with central management, suppliers, and ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Chinese Food or Thai Food restaurants.
• Leadership skills including team management, providing direction and motivation.
• Communication skills with customers, employees and management.
• Understanding of restaurant operations (SOP, regulations, and service standards).

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team including head chef and floor captains (levels 1 & 2).
