Job summary

TrueBody is seeking a Medical Representative leader to build and sustain relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics and healthcare professionals across Indonesia. You will conduct regional market mapping, identify cooperation opportunities, and drive market development strategies through visits, presentations, follow-ups, and negotiated agreements.

The role expects leading and evaluating a Medical Representative team, coordinating with internal teams, and traveling across Indonesia to drive

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Medical Representative, Sales, Business Development, or similar role, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience or relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, or healthcare professionals.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to conduct market mapping, develop strategies, and achieve targets.

About you

Valid driver's license (SIM)

Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably in Health, Marketing, Management, or related fields

Minimum 3 years of experience as Medical Representative, Sales, Business Development, or similar role, preferably in healthcare

Experience or relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, or healthcare professionals

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to conduct market mapping, develop strategies, and achieve targets

Leadership and team management capabilities

Proactive, responsible, problem-solving oriented, and able to work independently
