Job summary

Cahaya Jakarta is seeking a seasoned Production Supervisor to lead the printing production team at Jababeka 2, Cikarang. You will monitor KPIs, drive performance improvements, and ensure reliable facilities and processes for smooth operations.

Lead skill assessments, organize targeted training, and collaborate with SCM, Prepress, QA, and Maintenance to resolve issues and sustain high output quality. This role requires 5+ years in production with supervisory experience and a strong knowledge of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of production experience with at least 2 in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes.
• Experience in production planning, process control and efficiency metrics (OEE, downtime, cost saving).
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and basic machine troubleshooting.
• Leadership to manage operators/technicians and coordinate with PPIC, QA, Maintenance and Warehouse.
• Good decision-making, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willing to work shifts and meet targets.
• Familiar with production monitoring systems.
• High integrity, detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Willing to be placed at Jababeka 2, Cikarang.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate the Production Team using KPIs, providing feedback for improvement.
• Ensure availability of facilities and infrastructure to support smooth printing operations.

• Coordinate with Finishing Production head on quality and quantity of outputs.
• Coordinate with QMS for audits and process improvements.
• Coordinate with Maintenance on machine and utility issues in Printing.
• Coordinate with QA for quality checks of outputs.
• Coach and develop team through training, coaching and regular evaluations.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/section head role; preferably in printing & packaging industry.
3. Strong knowledge of printing processes.
4. Skilled in production planning, process control, and efficiency improvement (OEE, downtime, cost saving).
5. Familiar with quality standards (ISO 9001, etc) and basic machine troubleshooting.
6. Leadership skills to manage operators/technicians and coordinate with PPIC, QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse.
