Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales & Assembly Supervisor to lead a new manufacturing operation focused on construction machinery parts. You will oversee daily Sales, Assembly, and Inspection activities, while performing hands-on assembly tasks and supervising shop-floor personnel.

The candidate should have extensive sub-assembly experience, forklift and crane operation, and strong QA/inspection proficiency to ensure quality and process standards are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sub-assembly of construction machinery parts/components.
• 3+ years of hands-on forklift operation experience.
• Experience operating cranes and using torque wrenches/assembly tools.
• Experience in shop-floor operations and team supervision.
• Able to read technical drawings.
• Good understanding of quality control and assembly processes.
• Able to manage QMS, Quality Plans, Working Standards, and Inspection Standards.
• Comfortable handling Sales, Assembly, and Inspection functions.
