Indosat is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to develop local relationships and lead on-ground activities that raise Home Business awareness and drive subscriber acquisition for FTTH and FWA. The role collaborates with Circle Sales to convert community engagement into measurable business outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience in community engagement, field marketing, event activation, or related roles (3–5 years).
• Experience in telecommunications, property, FMCG, or consumer services is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and prioritize residential communities and local stakeholders for Home Business activation.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and property managers.
• Plan and execute on-ground activations, resident gatherings, and product demonstrations.
• Educate residents on FTTH and FWA options and registration processes.
• Develop community-driven lead generation and referral initiatives in coordination with Circle Sales.
• Track activation results, leads, and subscriber conversions to improve engagement.
