Job summary

IM3 in Indonesia seeks a Community Engagement Lead to build local relationships and drive on-ground activations for Home Business awareness, lead generation, and subscriber acquisition across FTTH and FWA. You will map communities, run events, educate residents about products, and collaborate with Circle Sales to optimize outcomes.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution, strong coordination, and the ability to convert engagement into measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in community engagement, field marketing, event activation, partnership development, sales activation, or a related role.
• Experience in telecommunications, property, FMCG, or consumer services is an advantage.
• Experience managing field teams, activation partners, or community stakeholders preferred.
• Strong understanding of community engagement and on-ground activation.
• Ability to build relationships with community leaders, property management, and local partners.
• Experience planning events, product demonstrations, and referral or lead-generation programmes.
• Understanding of lead qualification, sales handover, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to monitor activity performance and prepare basic reports.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Persuasive communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, hands-on execution and problem-solving.
• Commercial orientation and results-driven mindset.
• Strong coordination skills and adaptability to field-based work.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize residential communities and stakeholders based on market potential.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, residential management, and local stakeholders.
• Plan and execute on-ground activations, gatherings, door-to-door engagement, and product demonstrations.
• Educate residents about FTTH and FWA options, registration processes, and service availability.
• Develop lead generation initiatives and referral programmes with Circle Sales to support subscriptions.
• Establish mutually beneficial partnerships with residential communities and local organizations.
• Track activation results, participation, qualified leads, referrals, and conversions; report insights.
