Based in Surabaya (or willing to relocate), you will travel locally, support recruitment events, and guide students through the journey from enquiry to enrolment, including flights, visas, and payments.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum three years of sales experience with a strong track record of achieving targets.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Based in Surabaya or willing to relocate to Surabaya.
• Excellent sales, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Experience in education, study abroad, or international education is preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication and persuasion skills.

Aufgaben

• Drive student enrolment by achieving sales and admissions targets through consultative selling and exceptional customer service.
• Connect with prospective students, parents, and referral partners through calls, meetings, and presentations.
• Telesales is a key part of this role — confidently make outbound calls and convert leads into enrolments.
• Respond to enquiries within 24 hours with timely, professional, personalized support.
• Meet daily KPIs including outbound calls, appointments, consultations, and enrolments.
• Work with the Country Program Manager to execute the sales plan and achieve team goals.
• Support the student journey from enquiry to departure, including flights, accommodation, visas, enrolment documents, and payments.
• Organize and participate in events to generate leads and strengthen our community.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, schools, universities, and referral partners.
• Travel within Surabaya and surrounding areas to visit partner branches and support recruitment activities.
• Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and off-site events as required.
