Job summary

Ruangguru for Business is seeking a proactive sales and operations professional in Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia. The role focuses on keeping up to date with students' progress and passing relevant information to Academic Teams to take necessary actions.

You will engage students and motivate prospects to support sales activity, provide ongoing guidance and feedback to learners, and strive to achieve corporate presentation and sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• 1-2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing/Business Development/Business Operations (experience in an English course/educational/start-up environment is advantageous).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, supportive, business-driven, and service-minded.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize workload for the team to optimize efficiency.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Keeping up to date with students' progress and passing relevant information to the Academic Teams to take necessary actions.
• Engaging students and motivating them, as well as taking care of prospects to support sales activity.
• Providing ongoing and consistent support, advice, and feedback to support students' progress.
