Job summary

ELE USAL Indonesia is seeking an energetic admissions coordinator to welcome prospective students and aid in growing the academy. You will inform on courses, advise on options, and convert inquiries into enrolment with excellent service.

You will schedule placement tests, handle quotations and registrations, support events, and liaise with schools and partners. English proficiency and a customer-focused mindset are essential for success in this Bali-based role.

Qualifications

• Indonesian citizen with Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, admissions, hospitality, or customer service.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Detail-oriented and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear information about courses to prospective students and advise on options.
• Convert inquiries into enrolment through excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone, and social media.
• Schedule placement tests and trial lessons.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective students throughout enrolment.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and student registration documents.
• Assist in organising open days, workshops, and promotional events.
• Support social media activities and marketing campaigns.
• Build relationships with schools, companies, and local partners.
• Maintain accurate student records using the academy management system.
• Work with the Director of Studies to ensure an outstanding student experience.
• Support administration and invoicing.
