Job summary

Binus University International is seeking a proactive coordinator to support mobility programs for both faculty and students. You will administer consultative services, coordinate exchanges, and arrange travel/visa for visiting lecturers.

You will develop promotional materials, track enrolment and grades, and provide data to Operations for PDPT reports, while collaborating with International Office and other departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or University Student (6th Semester).
• No working experience required.
• Strong communication and event management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer lecturer mobility consultative services and information for faculty exchange activities.
• Explore mobility opportunities for lectures and secure teaching schedules at host universities.
• Assist lecturers with travel and visa arrangements for mobility programs.
• Promote mobility programs to students and coordinate with the International Office.
• Receive and process student applications related to mobility (exchange, study abroad, short courses).
• Prepare promotion materials (eFlyer, brochures, PPT) for mobility programs.
• Coordinate with Operations for PDPT reports and provide necessary data.

Faculty Mobility Activities:

• Administer lecturer that needs consultative services and information related to faculty exchange activities
• Explore mobility opportunity for lectures under exchange or visiting lecturer programs and secure the schedule for teaching at host university
• Assist lecturer in preparing his/her departure to host university, including travel and visa arrangement.
• Gather feedback data from lecturer on her/his faculty mobility program for evaluation

Student Mobility Activities:

• Promote mobility programs and encourage students to join the program (in cooperation with International Office)
• Administer student that needs consultative services and information on student mobility program
• Develop promotion material (eFlyer, brochures, ppt, etc.) for student mobility program
• Receive student application related to mobility program (exchange, study abroad, summer/short course) to be forwarded to International Office
• Keep track of student study progress in related partner(s) institution
• Obtain student’s enrolment, credits and grade information related for returning process to BINUS
• Provide above information to Operations Departments for PDPT reports
• Assist in executing short course/immersion trip or any other customized short programs both for BINUS students and Partner (s)’ based on request

Management Support Activities:

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
