Job summary

BINUS @Semarang Campus is seeking candidates for an internship-like role to support curriculum quality and academic resource management. You will assist in maintaining and improving teaching and learning capabilities, gather data on FM standards, and coordinate documentation updates.

The role welcomes Diploma holders or university students (6th semester) with a focus on data, documentation, and process improvement. No prior experience is required, and you will work under supervision on campus.

• Maintain and implement valid policies and procedures related to curriculum quality.

• Provide data related to curriculum development process.
• Update documentation and records in Academic & Lecturer Resources at BINUS @Semarang Campus.
• Process outdated documentation to avoid obsolete editions.
• Provide documents for academic promotion at BINUS @Semarang Campus.

1. Assist related Study Programs in maintaining and improving the teaching & learning capability
2. Gather data related to the number of FM and ratio data between existing FM and standard
3. Communicate the development program to FM to improve FM qualification in BINUS @Semarang Campus
4. Provide data related to curriculum development process
5. Communicate with related parties to develop current FM in order to achieve related standard
6. Maintain and implement valid policies and procedures related to curriculum quality
7. Record changes related to curriculum quality control process and initiatives to improve current document control process
8. Update list of documentation and records in Academic & Lecturer Resources area at BINUS @Semarang Campus
9. Process outdated documentation and discard documentation to avoid obsolete editions
10. Provide all necessary documents for academic promotion in BINUS @Semarang Campus
11. Provide report data related to Academic & Lecturer Resources in BINUS @Semarang Campus

Management Support Activities :

• o Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
• o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost).
• o Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
• o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.

Education Requirement :

• - Minimum Diploma Degree (D3), or
• - University student (Minimal 6 th semester)
