Job summary

English 1 is seeking a Course Consultant to provide sales consultations to first-time customers. You will identify needs, introduce suitable English 1 products, and guide parents through visits and enrollment.

You will report to the Center Director and collaborate with fellow Course Consultants, Directors of Studies, and Progress Advisors. Responsibilities include parent communication, managing scheduling, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets while adhering to English 1 rules and

Qualifications

Effective communication with parents and students via multiple channels.
Ability to identify needs and match English 1 products to those needs.
Experience in sales processes and meeting monthly/annual targets.
Proficiency with CRM for scheduling, follow-ups, and reporting.
Strong rapport-building and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Parent communication: schedule appointments, build rapport, discuss child English learning plans.
Sales: present English 1 products, address concerns, promote promotions, close enrollments.
Administration: manage scheduling, student/parent records, and CRM data entry.
Observing lessons to understand student performance and share insights with parents.
Track sales funnel from leads to new students and report progress to supervisor.
