Job summary

BINUS Group is seeking a seasoned Student Programs Coordinator to lead and evaluate student organization activities at BINUS @ Alam Sutera Campus. You will develop programs, supervise committees, and ensure governance across participation and compliance pillars while enhancing stakeholder collaboration.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in student affairs or organizational activities.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and evaluate student programs.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Psychology, Communication, or a related field, with relevant experience in student affairs, student development, or organizational activities.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in student organization management, extracurricular activities, campus/community engagement, or program development, with experience in a supervisory or coordination role.
• Strong knowledge and experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating student programs and activities
• Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Willing to be placed at BINUS @ Alam Sutera Campus
