Binus University International is seeking a Program Implementation & Monitoring Lead to organize and oversee village community development efforts under BINUS University leadership. You will drive fundraising, explore CSR components for auditing, and promote development projects to external partners while coordinating academic initiatives.

The role requires a Master's degree, at least 4 years of experience, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and fluent Indonesian and English.

Responsabilités

• Organize and monitor village community development under BINUS University leadership.
• Increase fundraising to develop more activities in BINUS University
• Build and explore CSR components for auditing
• Promote Community Development Projects to external parties (e.g., Binus Bangun Desa)
• Coordinate Academic Community Development project implementation
• Increase the number of International networking
• Increase the number of inter department collaboration programs
• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities (time, effort, cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks as required by Direct Supervisor

Job Description

• Promote Community Development Projects to external parties (e.g., Binus Bangun Desa)
• Coordinate Academic Community Development project implementation
• Increase the number of International networking
• Increase the number of inter department collaboration programs

Management Support Activities

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum Master's Degree in any field of study
• Minimum 4 years of working experience
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Experience in higher education or a university environment
• Willing to be placed in West Jakarta
