Job summary

Ruangguru for Business in Bali is seeking a proactive professional to monitor students' learning progress, provide motivation and ongoing guidance, and communicate updates to the Academic Team. You will follow up on actions to support each learner's journey.

You will also engage prospective students to assist informed decisions, contribute to sales goals, and deliver consistent advice to help students reach their learning objectives.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 or equivalent in any discipline.
• 1–2 years in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success or related fields.
• Experience in education, English courses, or startups is a plus.
• Personal smartphone and laptop required.
