Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s degree (S1).
At least 3 years of experience as a stretch blow molding machine operator.
Understanding of the Stretch Blow Molding process and PET materials.

Responsibilities

Operate the Stretch Blow Molding machine according to SOP and production parameters.
Prepare preforms, materials, and equipment before production.
Monitor heating temperature, blowing pressure, stretching, cooling, cycle time, and related parameters.
Perform quality inspections on produced bottles.
Check machine, molds, heaters, compressors, chillers, conveyors, and supporting equipment.
Assist with mold changes, cleaning, and start-up procedures.
Troubleshoot each process of the stretch blow molding machine.
Complete production and quality reports, downtime, and rejects.
Aim to meet production, quality, and machine efficiency targets.
