Job summary

PT. Joinease Manufaktur Indonesia is seeking a leader to oversee injection moulding operations, assign tasks by machine and shift, and ensure daily production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in a similar position within plastic manufacturing, a D3 in industrial or mechanical engineering, and proven leadership, problem-solving, and reporting abilities. You will drive 5S and SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 qualification in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–2 years experience in the same position as Injection Leader or relevant role, preferably from plastic manufacturing.
• Understanding of injection processes, basic troubleshooting, and production reporting.
• Leadership capability, problem-solving skills, discipline and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks per machine and shift.
• Ensure daily production targets are achieved.
• Conduct periodic product quality inspections.
• Ensure SOP and K3 compliance in the work area.
• Report production disruptions to technicians/supervisors.
• Create daily production reports (output, scrap, downtime).
• Conduct daily briefings with the team.
• Oversee implementation of 5S in the work area.
