Job summary

Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia is seeking a Production Manager for Poly / PET production in Tangerang. The role requires overseeing CP1 and CP2 operations, SSP, and safety systems, with strong focus on quality and efficiency across CPs and SSP processes.

The candidate should have 15 years of CP handling experience, including 8–10 years as Lead, plus excellent English communication. Coordinate with Engineering and Utilities to optimize maintenance, changeovers, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 15-year experience in handling CPs and SSP plant operations.
• 8–10 years as Lead in CP1 Poly and CP2 PET environments.
• Good communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operations of CP1, CP2, SSP, and related systems (HTM, TOH).
• Troubleshoot CPs and SSP plant to minimize downtime.
• Maintain product quality across CPs and SSP lines; ensure safety of plant and personnel.
• Coordinate with Engineering for maintenance and process changes.
• Coordinate with Utilities for TOH operations, maintenance, and change-overs.
• Implement and maintain systems like ISO/OHSAS, Six Sigma, PSM, IVEX.
