Job summary

Dexa Group is seeking a strategic Business Development lead to identify and prioritize new international markets for expansion in healthcare and life sciences. You will assess market size, competitive landscape, and regulatory barriers to shape go-to-market plans and partner with R&D and Regulatory Affairs.

You will drive due diligence, support integration post-transaction, and leverage prior M&A or Big4 experience to ensure smooth market entry.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or commercial strategy, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors.
• Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry is a strong advantage.
• Prior M&A exposure or experience is a plus.
• Prior Big4 experience is a plus.
• Placement: HO Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.
