Job summary

Grab is seeking a strategic leader to head Strategy, Planning, Budgeting and cross-functional coordination for the Digital & Sustainability Team, driving financial targets and growth levers.

You will analyse customer/partner data, align stakeholders, manage P&L, and oversee special projects, reporting to the Director of Digital & Sustainability.

The role requires an analytics-driven mindset, 8+ years in strategy or operations, and a proven ability to balance strategic and executional excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business strategy, operations, consulting, or project management.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, Sheets, Power BI, SQL; AI tools proficiency.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing projects.
• Experience in P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate P&L achievement under GrabKios, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Analyze customer/partner behavior and conduct market research.
• Lead performance management and track growth levers and projects.
• Foster stakeholder relationships and drive process improvements.
• Lead special projects within Digital and Sustainability Team.
